Each room booked includes a complete, designer-led plan with a full design concept, detailed floor plan, curated furnishings and décor selections, a shoppable list, one round of revisions, and one week of post-delivery email support for clarifications.

By purchasing this service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• This is a digital/intangible service.
No physical products will be shipped.

• All sales are final and non-refundable.
Because this service reserves time and begins the design process immediately, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

• Chargebacks are not permitted.
Initiating a chargeback for a delivered or in-progress service is a violation of these terms.

• You understand that this purchase covers up to three rooms only, and you must select if you are booking 1, 2, or 3 rooms.
Additional rooms must be purchased separately.

• Kitchens and bathrooms require a consultation before booking.
If purchased without prior approval, the order may be canceled or applied to a different room type.

• You agree to provide accurate measurements, photos, and required information in a timely manner.

• The design plan is for personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or used commercially.
