Once you place your order, we'll get right to work! We aim to ship all in-stock items within 7 business days.

What If There's a Delay?

Sometimes, a popular item might unexpectedly go out of stock, or we might anticipate a slight delay in getting it ready. If this happens, we promise to reach out to you right away! We'll let you know the estimated new shipping time and give you the choice to either wait for your order or cancel it for a full refund. Your happiness is our priority!

Once Your Order Ships

Once your package leaves our hands and is with the shipping carrier, Whitney J Decor is no longer responsible for any shipping delays, loss, or damage that occurs during transit. We highly recommend choosing a shipping option with tracking and insurance if you're concerned.
