We want you to absolutely adore your new pieces, but we get it – sometimes things just aren't quite right.

Here's the lowdown on returns, made as straightforward as possible:

  • 14-Day Happy Return Window: You've got a full 14 days from when your item arrives to decide if it's a perfect fit. If not, no worries!

  • Return Shipping's on You: Just a heads-up, you'll be responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure it gets here safely.

  • Small Restocking Fee: A modest 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. This helps us cover the costs of getting your lovely item back on our shelves and ready for its next home.

  • No Returns on Final Sale Items: Please note that all items marked "final sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We'll make sure these are clearly marked so you know before you buy!

No Refunds on Virtual Services or Digital Products

Virtual Design services, design consultations, digital downloads, and any other non‑physical or intangible products offered by Whitney J Decor are final sale and non‑refundable. Because these services reserve time, expertise, and creative labor — and often begin immediately after purchase — we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for any reason.

By purchasing a digital or virtual service, you acknowledge that:

  • no physical product will be shipped
  • all sales are final
  • chargebacks are not permitted for delivered or in‑progress services
  • failure to provide required information (measurements, photos, etc.) does not qualify for a refund
  • dissatisfaction with subjective design preferences does not qualify for a refund
