If an item appears worn or distressed in photos, that is intentional and not considered a defect.

Pricing

Digital Services & Virtual Design Projects

Whitney J Decor offers digital and intangible services, including Virtual Design. These services are governed by the following terms:

Nature of the Service

Virtual Design and other digital services are intangible, non-physical services.
No physical products will be shipped unless explicitly stated.

All Sales Are Final

Because digital services reserve time, expertise, and creative labor, all sales are final and non-refundable.
No exceptions will be made for:

  • change of mind
  • project delays on the client’s side
  • failure to provide required information
  • dissatisfaction with subjective design preferences
  • purchasing without reading the service description

Chargebacks Are Not Permitted

By purchasing a digital service, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for any reason.
Attempting to reverse payment for a delivered or in-progress service violates these Terms of Service.

Client Responsibilities

To complete your project, you agree to:

  • provide accurate measurements
  • submit required photos and information in a timely manner
  • communicate respectfully and within the boundaries of the service
  • understand that Virtual Design is a designer-led service, not a collaborative or ongoing consulting arrangement

Service Limitations

Virtual Design does not include:

  • contractor coordination
  • installation or styling
  • multiple calls or ongoing communication
  • reviewing client-found items
  • whole-home color stories (unless purchased as an add-on)
  • kitchens or bathrooms without prior consultation

Intellectual Property

All design plans, concepts, floor plans, selections, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of Whitney J Decor.
You receive a personal-use license only.
You may not:

  • share your design plan publicly
  • resell or distribute it
  • use it commercially
  • claim the work as your own

Refunds & Cancellations

Physical Products

Refunds or returns for physical products follow our Refund Policy (found on our website).
Some items may be final sale.

Digital Services

All digital services — including Virtual Design — are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Cancellations

Orders for digital services cannot be canceled once placed.

Limitation of Liability

Whitney J Decor is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by carriers, vendors, or third parties
  • damages resulting from misuse of products
  • contractor errors or construction issues
  • incorrect measurements provided by the client
  • outcomes resulting from client implementation of design plans

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
